This month's Client Spotlight features the Queen of all things Spa, Debbie Bulteel.

Tell us about your business – what do you do and who do you help?

My name is Debbie, and I’m the founder of Luxury Bespoke Spa Treatments - a space where well-being is truly at the heart of everything I do. I offer a calm, safe haven where clients can experience deeply personalised facials, massages, and Reiki healing treatments tailored to their individual needs.


What started as a passion has grown organically into a thriving business, now proudly including wellness spa retreats hosted at a variety of serene venues, as well as my own skincare brand, Skin-D by Debbie; a luxurious, results-driven line designed to support holistic skin health.


I work with a beautiful range of clients, from age 8 to 93, and while my work has primarily focused on women, I’m thrilled to see more and more men embracing self-care and taking ownership of their well-being.


Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, skin transformation, or spiritual healing, my goal is always to provide a bespoke experience that nurtures mind, body, and soul.


What inspired you to start your business?

Being in charge of my own destiny!


Starting Luxury Bespoke Spa Treatments wasn’t part of a grand plan - it came from a deeply personal place. Having a nurturing instinct is a huge part of who I am.


There was a time in my own life when I realised how disconnected we can become from ourselves - physically, emotionally, and spiritually - just from the stress and pace of daily life.


I experienced first hand how powerful touch, stillness, and intention can be in helping us come back to ourselves. That’s when I knew I wanted to create a space where others could feel safe, seen, and supported, a place where well-being came first.


From that seed, my business grew naturally, led by the needs of my clients and my own passion for learning. What started as bespoke treatments in a quiet space has expanded into wellness retreats and the launch of my very own skincare brand, Skin-D by Debbie - something I’m incredibly proud of.


Every person who walks through my door brings their own story, and I’m honoured to be part of their journey. Whether it’s a child struggling with skin concerns, a woman juggling everything, or an older client rediscovering their glow - I see the power of this work every day. And that’s what continues to inspire me.


What made you decide to work with a Virtual Assistant?

As my business grew, offering one-to-one treatments to launching wellness retreats & creating my own skincare brand, Skin-D by Debbie I found myself wearing all the hats.


While I’ve always loved the personal, hands-on nature of my work, I began to realise that running a business behind the scenes was taking up more and more of my time and energy.


I reached a point where I knew that in order to continue growing without burning out, I needed support.


I wanted to stay connecting with my clients, delivering powerful treatments, & developing Skin-D & let someone else help with the admin, organisation, and digital tasks that were becoming overwhelming.


What tasks or areas do I support you with?

Anything & everything!

Creating systems to help me stay organised! Spreadsheets, monthly newsletter, timings, retreats, recording payments, reminders, creating email lists/groups, designing leaflets, social media.


How has working with a VA benefited you and your business?

Working with Paula has allowed me to create more balance, be more present for my clients, & continue building my business with clarity & intention.


It’s been an empowering step, & a reminder that asking for help is not a weakness, but a smart move for long-term success.


What would you say to someone thinking about hiring a VA?

Don’t hesitate!
